These Terms govern your use of Clicked Emotions. By creating an account, you agree to them.
Clicked Emotions is a private AI-powered journaling application operated by Coding Monks OÜ (Estonia). The service allows you to create, store, and reflect on personal journal entries with optional AI-assisted features.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your password and recovery key secure. We cannot recover encrypted data on your behalf if both are lost.
One account per person. Accounts created to circumvent limits or bans will be terminated.
Clicked Emotions offers a limited free tier and paid subscription plans. Plan details and pricing are shown at the time of upgrade.
We may change pricing with 30 days’ notice. Existing subscribers are not affected until their current billing period ends.
You own everything you write. Your journal entries, photos, and all content belong to you.
You grant Coding Monks OÜ a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process your content solely to provide the service. We do not claim ownership over your content and do not use it beyond delivering the features you choose to use.
Clicked Emotions offers optional AI-assisted features including handwriting transcription and emotional pattern analysis. These are tools to support self-reflection — not medical, psychological, or diagnostic services.
AI outputs may contain errors and should not be treated as clinical assessments.
Clicked Emotions is not a mental health service and is not a substitute for professional mental health care. If you are in crisis, please contact a qualified professional or crisis line in your country.

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store your payment details.
Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. If you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the paid period.
Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. It is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.
If we discontinue the service entirely, we will give at least 90 days’ notice and provide a way to export your data before shutdown.
The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that AI features will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coding Monks OÜ disclaims all implied warranties.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coding Monks OÜ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Because journal content is end-to-end encrypted and we do not hold decryption keys, we accept no liability for data loss resulting from a forgotten password and lost recovery key.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms. On termination, your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy. Sections 4, 9, 10, and 12 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to the courts of Tallinn, Estonia, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
